Trenchermen is a restaurant and bar serving Modern American food inspired by the history and neighborhoods of Chicago but distinctly forward looking. We built our dining room for comfort and warmth to match Chef Patrick Sheerin's food. Our bar features craft cocktails and beer alongside our late night bar menu.
