Another Chicago Craft Beer Week has descended upon Chicago and Trenchermen is here for all your beer drinking needs.
Throughout CCBW we will be pouring $4 pints of Alpha King and offering beer pairings for our bar menu items.

Collection Selection Mondays
Psst, don't know if you've heard, but Trenchermen's throwing a vinyl listening party every Monday night from 8pm to close. Music curator Scottie McNiece will feature the record collection of a different guest each week, so now you've got a fresh soundtrack to go with that Industry Discount (for the uninitiated, that's a can of Schlitz and a shot of George Dickel). Here's the upcoming lineup:
5/20 - Billy Helmkamp (co-owner/bartender/music curator at The Whistler)
June 3 - Brian Case (bartender at Nightwood, local musician from Disappears)
June 10 - Peter Margasak (music writer for the Chicago Reader)
June 17 (my b-day!) - Keefe Jackson (local jazz musician, longtime employee of Jazz Record Mart)
