Back in 2012, Trenchermen had the honor of becoming the first Chicago restaurant to partner with the lovely Jessica Murnane on the newly launched One Part Plant. As Jessica prepares for an exciting new chapter in Charleston, it seems only appropriate that we send our dear friend off in planty-style.
Next Monday, September 14th, join us for a very special One Part Plant edition of our weekly Staff Meal. Chef Patrick Sheerin created a fully plant-based, soy-free, gluten-friendly, three-course menu for just $20. Our Bar Manager, Wesley Kenney, has created a specialty cocktail featuring St. George Botanivore Gin, Celery, and Lime for $10.
