If you haven't already heard, on Tuesday August 19, Trenchermen and Chef Pat Sheerin are hosting some incredible culinary talents from Memphis, Tennessee. Chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman of Hog & Hominy and Chef Kelly English of Restaurant Iris (all Food & Wine Best New Chef award winners) will be collaborating with Trenchermen on a 4-course dinner.
Festivities will begin at 6:30 with appetizers and a cocktail from Trenchermen Bar Director Jonah Frank. We'll sit down to dinner around 7:15 with 4-courses paired with wine. Here's the menu:
First : Yellowjack, Gulf Shrimp, Harrisa & Coconut "Cafe au Lait", Heirloom Tomatoes, Jalapeno & Citrus - Chef Kelly English
Second: Pasta Fracobolli, Smoked Tomatoes, Chicken Livers, Lady Peas, Mozzarella - Chefs Andy Ticer & Michael Hudman
Third: Wagyu Top Round, Charred Eggplant, Garlic Fried Rice, Hoisin, Arugula - Trenchermen
Dessert: Buttermilk Loukoumades, Pistachio, Pecan, Local Honey, Creme Fraiche Sherbet - Trenchermen
